BOOTCAMP FOR YOUR MIND & SOUL
Mindscope Psychology is offering a short series of midday mindfulness sessions to help you relieve stress, regain focus and increase your resilience to face the demands of the day.
The program is structured to be very flexible and will be delivered as a rolling series of 6 weekly sessions of 30 minutes each. This means that sessions can be purchased as a full package of 6 sessions or you are welcome to attend individual sessions as they suit you.
Sessions Days: Wednesdays & Thursdays
Session Times: 12:15pm & 1pm
Location: Level 5, 26 Ridge St, North Sydney
