Fees

The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended hourly fee for psychologists in 2024 is $315. We offer very reasonable rates for individuals and couples, which are below the APS recommended fee. Please contact us for further details on pricing.

Rebates – Medicare

You will be able to claim a proportion of your fees from Medicare if your doctor assesses you to be eligible for psychological services under Medicare, and if you have a referral and a "mental health care plan" from your doctor. If you have a Medicare care plan, Medicare will currently reimburse $84.80 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Rebates – Health Funds

A proportion of your fees may be redeemable from your private health insurance, depending on your health plan. Please liaise directly with your Fund to clarify whether your plan entitles you to a rebate for psychological services.
**Please also note that you are not able to access the Medicare rebate and Health Fund rebate at the same time.

Mental Health Triage Services (Formerly ATAPS)

We are registered with the Sydney North Primary Health Network to provide services under the Mental Health Triage Scheme. If you are experiencing financial difficulties and your GP is located within the Local Government Areas of Hornsby, Ryde, Ku-ring-gai and Hunters Hill, please discuss this with your GP as you may be eligible to access services through the Mental Health Triage Scheme.

Fees can be paid by Cash, EFTPOS or most major credit cards* at the time of your session. Both our sites are equipped with HICAPS terminals, which will enable us to process your rebates at the time of payment.
